Genshin Impact's highly anticipated Version 5.5, "Day of the Flame's Return," ignites on March 26th, bringing the intensity of Natlan to a fever pitch. This update isn't just a story expansion; it's a game-changer. A major addition is the long-awaited controller support for Android devices, finally arriving with Version 5.5. What's New in Genshin Impact Version 5.5?
Venture deep into Natlan's southwestern region, encountering a new tribe, a colossal volcano, and exciting new characters. The Great Volcano of Tollan, a site of ancient secrets and a long-dormant sacred city, awaits exploration. Unravel the mysteries surrounding the "Flamelord's Blessing" and the enigma of the Little One amidst the rumbling magma. You'll also meet the Collective of Plenty, a tribe that embraces strength challenges as a way of life.
Two new playable characters join the roster: the 5-star Electro Catalyst user, Varesa, and the 4-star Electro Polearm wielder, Iansan. Varesa offers unique support, restoring Phlogiston after consuming food. Iansan, one of Natlan's six heroes, blends offensive and supportive capabilities, providing continuous healing when a teammate triggers a Nightsoul Burst.
Version 5.5's Event Wishes will initially feature Varesa and Iansan alongside a Xianyun rerun, followed by reruns for Xilonen and Venti. Discover all these additions below.
