War Strategy Launches Open Alpha Test

Marauder Tech Games launches the open alpha test for its tactical medieval fantasy game, Price of Glory: War Strategy. This turn-based strategy game features head-to-head duels set in a visually stunning yet harsh medieval world.

Gameplay Overview:

The game unfolds across diverse and challenging terrains, from arid deserts to dense forests and fiery lava arenas. Players strategically advance and position their troops, making crucial tactical decisions to defend their stronghold and breach enemy defenses. A variety of factions and unit types are available, including scouts for reconnaissance, powerful knights for direct assaults, and healers for battlefield support.

Asynchronous gameplay allows for thoughtful planning within a 24-hour turn limit. For faster-paced action, a blitz mode offers five-minute rounds.

Game Modes:

Price of Glory caters to various play styles:

• Skirmish Mode: A casual mode for experimenting with strategies and testing new units.
• Tournaments: Competitive single-elimination tournaments with substantial prizes.
• Salt Tournaments: Free-to-play tournaments where players earn "salt crystals" by watching ads or completing simple tasks. These crystals can be used to enter cash tournaments for a chance at real-money rewards.

Resource Management:

Animo is the primary in-game resource, used to recruit, move, and utilize units' special abilities. The limited Animo per turn adds a layer of strategic depth to every decision.
