Indus, India's homegrown battle royale game, introduces a thrilling new 4v4 deathmatch mode. This addition comes on the heels of another significant achievement: surpassing 11 million pre-registrations. Despite this impressive milestone, a full release date remains elusive, with the game currently in closed beta.

Supergaming's Indus, designed specifically for the Indian market, features a 4v4 deathmatch mode alongside enhancements to its audio experience, including updated sound effects and music. These improvements are available to closed beta participants.

Indus, a battle royale game with innovative features like a Grudge system, has been in development since its announcement in 2022. It has undergone several beta phases, consistently adding features and attracting a growing player base. This steady increase in pre-registrations is promising, given India's expanding mobile gaming market.

Catering to the Indian Gaming Community

While the 11 million pre-registrations for Indus are noteworthy, the growth rate has slowed compared to previous periods. The game reached 10 million pre-registrations in March, indicating a less dramatic increase recently.

Anticipation for Indus's public launch is high. Although new features are continually added, the speculated late 2023 release failed to materialize. Hopefully, 2024 will bring either a full release or a public beta.
