Experience Left 4 Dead 2 with stunning RTX Path Tracing thanks to modder xoxor4d's innovative compatibility mod. This mod doesn't alter the game's assets; instead, it cleverly bridges Left 4 Dead 2 with RTX Remix, unlocking the power of advanced ray tracing.

Currently, the game uses a traditional rendering pipeline. This mod changes that, introducing dynamic lighting and realistic reflections via Path Tracing. While not a complete overhaul—PBR textures are absent, and minor visual glitches may occur—the visual upgrade is substantial, significantly enhancing the game's graphical fidelity.

The difference is striking, particularly with ray tracing enabled, even without new textures. This mod breathes new life into the classic co-op shooter, making it a visually appealing experience for players with modern hardware.

Installation is straightforward: download the latest version from the official link, extract the "l4d2-rtx" folder, and copy its contents into the root directory containing "LEFT4DEAD2.EXE".
