The Roland-Garros eSeries is set to make a thrilling return in 2025, inviting players from across the globe to compete on the virtual clay of Tennis Clash. This year introduces an exciting new team-based format, legendary tennis captains, and a €5,000 prize pool that adds to the stakes. When Does It Start?

The competition kicks off in March with open qualifiers, providing the initial battleground for players aiming to secure a spot in the finals. The top female players from the first two qualifiers will join the overall winners in the finals. The ultimate showdown will take place at the Roland-Garros Tenniseum Auditorium on May 24th, where finalists will compete in front of a live audience. This year, the Roland-Garros eSeries 2025 innovates with a team-based format, shifting from individual to team play. Each team will be led by a prominent figure in French tennis. Gilles Simon, former ATP world No. 6 and Davis Cup champion, has been confirmed as one of the team captains. Simon, who has been involved with the eSeries as a commentator since 2023 and competed in the Top 8 in 2024, will coach his squad this year. The identity of his rival captain, a Grand Slam winner, remains a tantalizing secret for now.
