Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and City Safari Events Announced!

Get ready for exciting Pokémon GO events in 2025! The Pokémon GO Tour: Unova is coming to Los Angeles and New Taipei City in February, offering an immersive experience in the Unova region.

Pokémon GO Tour: Unova (February 21-23, 2025)

This in-person event, inspired by Pokémon Black, White, Black 2, and White 2, will be held at the Rose Bowl Stadium (Los Angeles) and Metropolitan Park (New Taipei City).

The event features themed habitats (Winter Caverns, Spring Soiree, Summer Vacations, Autumn Masquerade) with Unova region Pokémon. Shiny Deerling variants will appear based on habitat and time of day. Shiny Meloetta is obtainable via Masterwork Research, and Shiny Sigilyph, Bouffalant, and others can be hatched. Shiny Pikachu with unique hats will also be available via Field Research.

Legendary Pokémon Reshiram and Zekrom will be Five-Star Raid bosses. Druddigon (Three-Star Raids) and Snivy, Tepig, and Oshawott (One-Star Raids) will have increased shiny rates.

Tickets are on sale now at a discounted price ($25 USD in Los Angeles, $630 NT in New Taipei City). Add-on ticket options offer extra bonuses, such as 5,000 XP after completing a raid. The event runs from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time. Booths and team lounges will offer merchandise and relaxation areas.

A global event, Pokémon GO Tour: Unova - Global, will also take place on March 1-2, allowing all trainers to explore the Unova region for free.

Pokémon GO City Safari (December 7-8, 2024)

Before the Unova Tour, join the Pokémon GO City Safari in Hong Kong and São Paulo! This citywide adventure (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time) features Professor Willow and Eevee.

Trainers will receive an explorer hat-wearing Eevee. Evolving it into Sylveon or Jolteon (25 Eevee Candy) keeps the hat. The Eevee Explorers Expedition earns a second hat-wearing Eevee.

Special Pokémon appear in the wild (Galarian Slowpoke, Unown P, Clamperl, etc.), while others are available from eggs (Oricorio, Swablu, Skiddo). Location-specific Pokémon will also appear. Maps will be provided, and Pikachu or Eevee visors will be distributed (while supplies last).

Tickets are available for R$45 in São Paulo and $10 USD in Hong Kong. Add-ons provide extra items and increased shiny encounter rates.
