Pokémon Go Tour: Unova’s global leg will see the debuts of Black Kyurem and White Kyurem with new Adventure Effects

Harness the Power of Kyurem's Adventure Effects in Pokémon Go Tour: Unova – Global!

The Pokémon Go Tour: Unova – Global event introduces legendary Black Kyurem and White Kyurem, each boasting unique Adventure Effects to enhance your Pokémon catching experience. Don't forget to utilize the Tour Pass to maximize your rewards!

Black Kyurem's Freeze Shock, an electrically charged ice attack, immobilizes wild Pokémon for 10 minutes, significantly simplifying capture. White Kyurem's Ice Burn slows the target ring during encounters, increasing your chances of landing Excellent Throws. Both effects are extendable in 10-minute increments, up to a maximum of two hours at a time, with a total duration of 24 hours.

During the event, challenge Black Kyurem and White Kyurem in five-star raids to acquire Fusion Energy. Fusing Zekrom or Reshiram with a Kyurem possessing Glaciate will replace Glaciate with Freeze Shock or Ice Burn, respectively. This change is temporary; the move reverts to Glaciate upon separation. Note that Kyurem cannot learn these moves via Charged TMs or Elite Charged TMs.

Choose your path: the Black Version (Reshiram) or White Version (Zekrom) event badge. Black Version rewards include Reshiram-themed Special Research and Kyurem with Glaciate after defeating Black Kyurem. White Version offers Zekrom-themed Special Research and Kyurem with Glaciate after defeating White Kyurem.

The Tour Pass unlocks additional rewards and boosts Adventure Effects. Earn Tour Points by catching Pokémon, completing raids, and hatching Eggs, or expedite progress with quick Pass Tasks. Reaching Major Milestones enhances Catch XP and extends the duration of Freeze Shock or Ice Burn.
