If you're feeling down on this Monday, why not lift your spirits with the latest Wonder Pick event in Pokémon TCG Pocket? This event brings the fan-favorite Pokémon, Manaphy and the ever-sleepy Snorlax, into the spotlight.
The Wonder Pick feature gives you a chance to grab cards from packs your friends have opened. And here's a bonus: there are Bonus Picks, marked by the Chansey icon, which you can snag without using any of your Wonder Stamina resources. Keep an eye out for these special picks!
Looking to earn even more rewards? Engage in event missions, including doing Wonder Picks, to earn event shop tickets. These tickets can be exchanged for exciting new items, such as Manaphy & Piplup-themed backdrops and covers. Additionally, a new Futuristic Device backdrop is up for grabs.
I've always found the Wonder Pick mechanic to be refreshingly straightforward, almost deceptively so. Its simplicity, coupled with fewer complaints compared to the trading mechanic, speaks volumes about its appeal. While it may not be the most reliable way to get new cards, it's certainly a fun one. The TCG Pocket team seems keen on encouraging its use by offering event shop tickets as rewards.
There's more to come, as a second part of this event is reportedly on the horizon, where you'll be able to use those event tickets. So, hold onto them if you can!
