How To Receive Herring in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

If you haven't acquired Pebbles or another horse by this point, Herring becomes your steed, courtesy of Otto von Bergow. If you already have a horse and decide against Herring, you can sell him to nomad traders through Kabat for 300 Groschen.
