Patriot and Leader Join Marvel Contest of Champions' Deadly Murderworld

Marvel Contest of Champions' Murderworld event has arrived, bringing a host of exciting updates! Running until August 7th, this event features the X-Magica Showcase and the Spring of Sorrow Gauntlet, alongside crucial bug fixes and balance adjustments.

Murderworld's Thrilling Attractions

Arcade, the master of deadly entertainment, has unleashed his twisted theme parks within The Contest. These Murderworlds offer a unique blend of thrilling amusement and brutal annihilation. Arcade's goal? To achieve the highest body count. Players must outsmart his deadly games, perhaps even collaborating to overcome his lethal carnival.

Spotlight on New Champions

The Raft, the Battlerealm's maximum-security prison, is on lockdown due to a gamma radiation incident. The Summoner intervenes, encountering Patriot, who's in dire straits. Meanwhile, The Leader's gamma-enhanced intellect is wreaking havoc, controlling both heroes and villains.

Patriot, the grandson of a pioneering Super Soldier and co-founder of the Young Avengers, joins the fray on July 18th. Following on August 1st is The Leader, Samuel Sterns – a former chemical plant worker transformed into a super-genius villain and the Hulk's arch-nemesis by a gamma explosion.
