Conquer the King of the Monsters in Fortnite! Godzilla is stomping onto the Battle Royale island, offering a unique gameplay experience. This guide details how to become and defeat the iconic kaiju.
Becoming Godzilla:
Beginning January 17th, 2025, a rift will randomly appear on the island each match. Be the first to locate and enter this rift to transform into Godzilla!
As Godzilla, unleash devastating attacks: the Roar to pinpoint opponents, the Mighty Stomp Attack for powerful knockbacks, and the Heat Ray for significant damage. However, be prepared for a team effort from other players aiming to defeat you.
Defeating Godzilla:
For the 99 players who don't become Godzilla, the challenge is on! Godzilla possesses weak points; targeting these strategically will yield Godzilla Fragments, granting 40 health and three dash charges. Mobility is key, making dashes invaluable.
The Rail Gun returns for this event, offering high damage output. High-rarity weapons are also effective. The player inflicting the most damage on Godzilla receives the Godzilla Medallion (with a dash ability) and the exotic Burst Quad Launcher – a rewarding prize for taking down the King of the Monsters.
