In the world of Freedom Wars Remastered, every action you take contributes to reducing your initial one million-year sentence imposed simply for being born. As you strive to shorten your prison term, you're also focused on elevating your CODE level, which can significantly enhance your experience as a sinner.
Your CODE level unlocks various Entitlements, essential perks that can make navigating the game much smoother. Whether it's enabling you to run longer distances or upgrading your comrades and gear to better combat Abductors, these Entitlements are crucial. As you journey through the game, you'll encounter multiple CODE levels; let's explore how many there are.
How Many CODE Levels Are In Freedom Wars Remastered
Freedom Wars Remastered features a total of eight CODE levels for players to advance through. Once you've upgraded your CODE level, there's no going back, so you don't need to worry about inadvertently increasing your sentence beyond the necessary threshold, especially in Deadly Sinner Mode. Each time you elevate your CODE level, you gain access to a broader range of Entitlements to purchase and new operations to undertake.
How To Increase Your CODE Level In Freedom Wars Remastered
To check the requirements for upgrading your CODE level, simply talk to your Accessory in your cell and select "Check CODE Upgrade Conditions". Typically, you'll need to reach specific milestones in your prison sentence and unlock certain Entitlements. It's wise to review this menu frequently before splurging your Entitlement Points on less critical upgrades, as you might need to donate resources to acquire more points later.
Donating a single high-end resource or weapon can often yield enough points for numerous Entitlements.
While fulfilling all the listed conditions is necessary to advance your CODE level, it's also closely linked to the main storyline. You must complete main story missions and operations alongside these conditions to pass the CODE exam, which is integrated into the narrative. Occasionally, the main story will serve as a substitute for the CODE exam, facilitating your progression to the next level.
Operations are categorized by CODE levels, indicating their difficulty. Most operations will be completed as you progress through the story of a CODE, but after advancing, a few optional operations may become available. These are designed to help players who might not feel fully prepared for the challenges of their new CODE level.
