If you're in need of a midweek pick-me-up, the launch of the much-anticipated 3D mecha RPG, E.T.E. Chronicle, might be just the thing to excite you. Set to release on March 13th, which is tomorrow as of this writing, you can expect to find it on both iOS and Android platforms.
In E.T.E. Chronicle, you step into a near-future world where the evil Noa Technocrats Corporation reigns supreme, opposed by the valiant Human Union. As a commander, you'll lead a team of action-oriented female pilots who control the powerful E.T.E mechas. Your mission? To battle the Noa Technocrats and save the world from their tyranny.
What sets E.T.E. Chronicle apart is its thrilling mecha combat, which unfolds across three distinct battlefields: land, sea, and air. This multi-dimensional approach to combat allows for dynamic and engaging gameplay as you guide your mecha-piloting team to victory.
We. Dig. Giant Robots. As a fan of anything oversized and mechanical, I'm definitely planning to give E.T.E. Chronicle a closer look upon its release to see if it's worth my time. However, if you're hoping for something akin to Armored Core on mobile, you might find E.T.E. Chronicle a bit different. It employs a pseudo-real-time battle system where you lead a squad of four characters.
Yet, if you're after a dose of mecha action complemented by stunning graphics and a touch of gacha mechanics, E.T.E. Chronicle is certainly a game to keep an eye on.
