Latest Deadlock update rebalances new heroes and nerf overall damage

Valve continues to deliver updates for Deadlock, even without a fixed release schedule. The latest patch isn't huge, but it's far from insignificant, offering substantial balance adjustments. A comprehensive list of changes can be found on the official forum.

Following the January 18th introduction of four new heroes, quick balance tweaks arrived. Holliday's Crackshot ability now affects units, halving its cooldown in those instances. Calico's Ava ability has been enhanced to destroy objects during its use.

Existing heroes also received adjustments. Kelvin's health increased from 600 to 650. Vendicta's bullet speed was reduced (810 to 740), and her movement speed lowered (9 to 8). In total, 11 heroes, including the new additions, received targeted balance changes.

Deadlock remains in closed beta, consistently boasting an online player count between 7,000 and 20,000 players.
