How To Complete Hush, My Darling in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

Embark on the side quest "Hush, My Darling" in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, which you'll pick up from Miskowitz, a quaint village to the west of Kuttenberg City. This quest will put your blacksmithing skills to the test, so get ready to hammer out some solutions.

Speak with Martha

Your first stop is Martha's house, which is conveniently attached to the forge in the southeast part of Miskowitz. Step inside and engage with Martha, inquiring if she needs assistance. When she mentions needing someone skilled in the smithy, confidently respond with, "I'm a blacksmith! I'd be glad to help," to initiate the "Hush, My Darling" quest.

While you're there, if you haven't yet, consider speaking with the bailiff about Matthew, a member of the Dry Devil's group. The bailiff is conveniently located next to Martha, serving as an easy landmark to find her.

Craft Horseshoes

You might already have the necessary items on you—two Farmer's Horseshoes, which you could have crafted earlier to level up your blacksmithing skills. If not, gather two pieces of Scrap Metal and head to the forge to craft them. Once you've created the horseshoes, return them to Martha.

Find Victoria

Martha informs you that the horseshoes are for Victoria and requests that you deliver them. Head to Victoria's house, which is slightly south of the forge. Upon entering, you'll notice Victoria isn't home, but you'll find blood in the first room on the left.

Approach the blood and inspect it when prompted during the "Hush, My Darling" quest. Return to Martha to report your findings. She suggests that you search for Victoria at Sigismund's camp.

Sigismund’s Camp

Located south of Opatowitz, Sigismund's camp is your next destination. While on your way, you might encounter Matthew from the Dry Devil group. Once at the camp, locate the blacksmith and ask about Victoria. He'll mention that a soldier named Black took a liking to her. Find Black in the infirmary tent, where he's currently ill.

To get information from Black, you'll need to give him a Digestive Potion to treat his food poisoning. If you don't have one, craft it and return to administer it. Wait a couple of hours for the potion to take effect before he's willing to talk.

Black reveals that he had a conversation with Victoria, who might have headed east into the woods. Follow the quest marker on your map to find her sitting on a stump. Engage with Victoria, choosing your dialogue options freely as they won't affect future events. If you had Black promise to look after her, you can share this with Victoria to give her hope.

This conversation marks the completion of "Hush, My Darling" in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*. From here, you can continue with the main quests or explore other side quests like "In Vino Veritas."
