Marvel Snap's Legacy Season: New Captain America, Characters, and Locations!
This month in Marvel Snap, legacy takes center stage! Sam Wilson dons the Captain America mantle, introducing exciting new gameplay mechanics. The season also features a host of new characters and locations, adding depth and strategic possibilities.
Sam Wilson's arrival is marked by a Season Pass chronicling his transformation. His card ability introduces Cap's Shield, randomly placed at the start of each match. This indestructible Shield can be moved, boosting Sam's power by +2 whenever it occupies his location.
February brings a steady stream of new characters:
- February 4th: Joaquín Torres
- February 11th: Iron Patriot and Thaddeus Ross
- February 18th: Redwing
- February 25th: Diamondback
These Series 5 cards will be available through the Token Shop and Spotlight Cache.
Two new locations shake up the meta:
- Smithsonian Museum: Provides an extra +1 Power per Ongoing card.
- Madripoor: Boosts the highest-cost card at that location by +2 Power after each turn.
