Monster Hunter: Wilds' Second Open Beta Dates Announced

Capcom has announced the dates for a second open beta test of Monster Hunter: Wilds, scheduled for two weekends in February 2025. This follows the successful first beta in late 2024, offering another opportunity to experience the highly anticipated RPG before its launch on February 28, 2025. Monster Hunter: Wilds is poised to be a landmark entry in the franchise, promising a vast open world brimming with diverse environments and challenging monsters.

The second open beta, playable on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Steam, will run during these periods:

  • February 6, 2025, 7:00 pm PT – February 9, 2025, 6:59 pm PT
  • February 13, 2025, 7:00 pm PT – February 16, 2025, 6:59 pm PT

What Awaits in the Second Beta?

This beta will include all content from the initial test: character creation, the story trial, and the Doshaguma hunt. A new challenge awaits with the addition of a Gypceros hunt, a popular monster returning to the series. Furthermore, players can import their characters created during the first beta, eliminating the need to recreate them.
