EA's long-running mobile game, The Simpsons: Tapped Out, is closing its doors. After a twelve-year run, the city-building game will be sunsetting in early 2025.
The Shutdown Timeline:
In-app purchases are already unavailable. The game will be removed from app stores on October 31st, 2024. However, players can continue enjoying the game until January 24th, 2025, when the servers will be permanently shut down. EA expressed gratitude to its players for their decade-long support.

Manage iconic characters, expand to Springfield Heights, and even run the Kwik-E-Mart. The freemium game features regular updates based on the show and real-world events. Donuts are the in-game currency that fuels the fun.
