Set within an ancient, magical library, Novel Rogue follows Write, a young apprentice under the tutelage of Yuisil, the Witch of Portals. Write's magical assignments involve exploring four enchanted books, each transporting him to a unique and fantastical realm.

Novel Rogue is free-to-play, but an optional in-app purchase removes ads. Note that this doesn't include 150 Witch Stones, a bonus offered with the premium edition. Save data isn't shared between the free and premium versions.
Pre-registration is open on the Google Play Store. The game supports controllers and will be available in Japanese and English.
