Complete Pokémon GO Event Schedule, February 2025

February 2025's Pokémon GO event calendar is packed with exciting activities, including Lunar New Year festivities and a Community Day featuring Karrablast & Shelmet. Even Dynamax Moltres makes an appearance! Here's a complete rundown of the month's events:

Lunar New Year Event: January 29 – February 2

Ring in the Year of the Snake with increased spawn rates for snake-themed Pokémon like Ekans (Shiny available)! This event, running until February 2nd at 8:00 PM local time, also boosts Lucky Pokémon trade chances and Lucky Friend opportunities. Daily Field Research tasks reward players with PokéCoins. 2KM Eggs will hatch Makuhita (Shiny available), Nosepass (Shiny available), Meditite (Shiny available), Duskull (Shiny available), and Skorupi (Shiny available).

Legendary Flight Dynamax Moltres Event: February 3 – 9

Dynamax Moltres takes center stage! Available as a Max Monday boss at all Power Spots on February 3rd from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and then at select Power Spots until February 9th alongside Squirtle, Krabby, and Sobble (available until February 10th).

Karrablast & Shelmet Community Day: February 9

This dual Community Day, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM local time, offers increased Karrablast and Shelmet encounters, boosted evolution bonuses, and higher Shiny rates. Evolving Karrablast or Shelmet by February 16th, 10:00 PM, yields an Escavalier with Razor Shell or an Accelgor with Energy Ball, respectively. A paid Timed Research is also available.

Beloved Buddies: February 11 – 15

Details for this event are currently under wraps, but updates will be provided as they become available.

Raid Day: February 15

A Raid Day event is scheduled for February 15th, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM local time. The featured Pokémon will be announced soon.

Scattered to the Winds: February 18 – 20

Road to Unova: February 18 – March 1

This event serves as a prelude to the Pokémon GO Tour: Unova Global event in March. Highlights include the debut of Shiny Meloetta, Gen-5 Legendary Raids, increased Unovan starter Pokémon spawns, premium Timed Research, and various bonuses.
